Rail Medical Services – TOMC has unique expertise and knowledge of the railroad industry. We have supported railroads with hearing conservation management, 240/242 certification and served some clients as their virtual medical services.
Bill Weedmark leads the hearing program and serves as director of operations. He is recognized by the railroad safety peers for his expertise and engagement in the industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Flagler College and is a “certified safety professional,” (CSP).
Dr. McCormick has many years’ experience in railroad occupational health and has worked with class I’s and shortline railroads. He is active with his U.S. and international colleagues in this field and has recognized expertise in railroad medicine.
Flight Medicine – Dr. McCormick is residency trained in Aerospace Medicine (USAF) and is certified in the specialty of aerospace Medicine. He is a retired military flight surgeon. He supports pilots by providing services as an FAA Aviation Medical Examiner.
The need for quality FAA examinations and requests by pilots brought Dr. McCormick back to his roots in aviation medicine. He is the only civilian physician board certified in Aerospace Medicine in northeast Florida.
