Transportation Occupational Medicine Consultants, Inc. (TOMC) was founded by two Board Certified Occupational Medicine physicians with over 50 years of occupational medicine experience, and over 30 years of experience in the railroad industry.

Our company provides a number of occupational health related services to businesses primarily in the transportation industry. Our services are primarily geared towards assisting short line and regional railroads by providing them with support tools for FRA regulation. We currently service over 250 railroads in 43 states.

Our main focus is to provide cost-effective solutions to our clients and to assist them with current and upcoming federal regulations regarding employee health and safety in the workplace, including 49 CFR Part 227, Occupational Noise Exposure for Railroad Operating Employees.
