Transportation Occupational Medicine Consultants, Inc. (TOMC) was founded by two Board Certified Occupational Medicine physicians with over 50 years of occupational medicine experience, and over 30 years of experience in the railroad industry.

Our company provides a number of occupational health related services to businesses primarily in the transportation industry. We currently have over 250 railroads signed with us in 43 states.

Our main focuses are to provide cost-effective solutions to our clients and to assist them with current and upcoming federal regulations regarding employee health and safety in the workplace, including 49 CFR Part 227, Occupational Noise Exposure for Railroad Operating Employees and the upcoming 49 CFR Part 226 regarding Chief Medical Officers.
